Ordering:
Ordering can be done three ways:
By calling 1-800-729-1664 and talking with us or leaving a message if there is no answer. When
leaving a message please speak clearly and make sure you leave your telephone number and the
best time we may return your call;
By using our e-mail contact form. We will use this contact form to contact you for payment
arrangements. DO NOT EMAIL YOU CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!
By faxing all information including credit card data. This fax is secure and only seen privately in our
office. Fax number: 1-800-3949251
Terms: We would like payment at time of order and will process 25% immediately and the balance on the day of shipment. This deposit for your order assures your good faith as we produce to order instead of shipping from inventory.
Custom Orders: We assume no returns on custom work once the design is approved other than those listed in "returns" listed below. We will consider a return an unusual circumstance but insist on being paid for all expenses incurred against work performed. A change of mind is not an unusual circumstance but does increase costs. A custom order is work produced to an approved design and materials and/or a change to one of our production items. Should you for some reason cancel a custom order before any work is performed there will be no charges. Research on your order is considered as work performed.
ORDERS OUTSIDE the US : We only accept full payment in advance- NO CREDIT CARDS . All funds are in US DOLLARS!
You may, if you wish, inspect a piece prior to acceptance should we have it in stock. In this case you should expect to pay shipping charges. We ask for a valid credit card as bond.
All prices are F. O. B. Asheville, North Carolina. Standard shipping for most work is U.S. First Class Mail. and usually runs approximately $2.00. Precious work is shipped U.S.Mail Registered, insured with return receipt requested. If you are in a hurry Federal Express is available for an additional charge but you must asume any and all complications resulting from theft, damage and any other ocurrances. Overseas shipping is also available with the following stipulations: US Express mail only plus an insurance fee of $35.00 with a $250.00 deductible. The purchaser is responsible in advance for the $250.00 should a loss occur! If no loss occurs the $250.00 will be refunded promptly. In addition, all customs charges must be accepted by the purchaser and no misrepresentation of contents will be considered.
Returns : We will accept any reasonable return. Reasonable to us means:
Within 10 days and you pay all shipping and packing costs plus a 15% fee.
A defect due to our workmanship-this usually means 1 year although we have never charged for this type of repair.
